~Crafts & Sewing~

So I have ALWAYS had a passion for sewing and crafts, mainly baby stuff for people~
I have lots of cute Ideas and I have seen alot of super exspensive stuff that I know I can duplicate!! And Now that I am having a Girl my desire has magnified 100x! So I am going to post pics of my sewing and craft adventures!!
I created my first ever hair bow last night!! It turned out good but I think I just have to get better at it right?? So anyways If I can Find my USB cable for my camera then I will post a pic of it! Some of my plans for the baby girl's room include bedding & curtians... so wish me luck~~!!!

ITS A GIRL!!!~

We found out yesterday we are going to have a baby girl!! We are very excited!! Her Granny Patsy just had to go buy something girlie so she bought her this hat!! I am going to put up her ultra sound pictures tonight!!!

18 weeks and Counting....

So I can not WAIT for October 20th to get here!! That is the day we get to see the baby and make sure its healthy and HOPEFULLY find out the sex!! All I know is this kid better be turned right because I dont know if I can handle not knowing much longer!! At our last appointment the baby's heartbeat was 150 beats per minute and I have gained 2 pounds totall... not so bad but i feel like i have gained double that in the week since the appointment.. I plan on posting belly pics sometime :) Oh and I am feeling great, only symptom I am still having is that I am tired, but thats pretty normall for me anyways. Just starting to get hungry more often. Well will post again when I have more to say!~

~13 Weeks ~

We had a doctor's appointment on Monday 8/31/09. Although i have actually lost a few pounds because of being so sick, the doctor said that is normal in the first trimester and I should be feeling alot better in the weeks to come! We got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time 160 beats per minute. We both were smilling and couldnt believe that it was beating so loud. The doctor said that the baby is moving around alot, but that I would not be able to feel it for several weeks! Oh and we wont get to find out the sex untill around 19 to 20 weeks.

Caffeine

Does anyone have any advice on Caffeine... I have been trying really hard not to drink any but every few days i just feel like I am going to fall asleep at my desk if i dont have a coke! I know that some people are REALLY strict and don't drink any and I am just trying to figure out if i need to stop drinking it all together?!!
Thanks I am sure I will have lots of questions and I appreciate any advice :)

Third Times a Charm

Well I decided to create this to keep everyone up to date on everything that is happening with our life in general and with this pregnancy. Today I am exactly seven weeks and although it is very hard for us to get too excited, this is the longest we have made it ! So all the prayers you want to give will be greatly appreciated. If I can figure out how I will post picks of the ultra sound I had last Thursday after my car wreck. There is also a video of the heartbeat!! Which was really exciting..although you cant tell anything really just looks like a little peanut!
